Mr. Xie graduated from Sun Yat-sen University of PRC with a LLB Degree. He is qualified as a PRC lawyer and had practiced as a PRC lawyer in Shenzhen before joining our firm. Mr. Xie’s practice area focus on cross-border inheritance, probate, litigation in PRC, transfer of property in PRC, etc.
Ms. Pan is qualified as Hong Kong solicitor. She graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with her LLB Degree and PCLL. Ms. Pan’s practice experience covers general corporate and commercial matters, civil litigation, matrimonial, probate, etc.
Mr. Yan is qualified as both PRC lawyer and Hong Kong solicitor. Prior to establishing Yan Lawyers, he worked in a PRC law firms, an international law firm and two Hong Kong local law firm successively.
Mr. Yan has significant and extensive experience in a broad range of PRC – Hong Kong cross-border legal affairs, with particular emphasis on PRC – Hong Kong civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, corporate legal affairs, commercial matters, cross-border inheritance, trusts, matrimonial cases, immigration and Visa.
